What do you need for fishing?
To start fishing, all you need is 
fishing pole and baits: 
worms or 
small fish. Fish can be caught on the low ledges of the river or on the beach.
You should hear the sound of the float casting into the water.
How to fishing?
Fishing has four actions:

waiting. Each fish has own course of action. You should remember actions scheme to catch fish. Fishing hasn't chance to catch fish, high tier fish requires higher fishing skill which scaling with tool tier and quality (fishing rod).
