Character Status window has 2 bars:

Red - health

Green - stamina

At the bottom we have satiety 0%-100%.

Meat, Bread, Mixed, Vegetable and Fruit.


Health Regeneration

When a character has full stamina bar, health will begin to regenerate. Health regeneration is increased while being in proximity of the campfire. Campfire effect appears.

Satiety

The more sorts of satiety are active, the faster stamina regenerates:

  • 1 - 0.5 Satiety per second
  • 2 - 1.0 Satiety per second
  • 3 - 1.7 Satiety per second
  • 4 - 2.5 Satiety per second
  • 5 - 4.0 Satiety per second

If satiety is 30% and lower, character gets Hunfry hungry effect. A warning that you are close to exhaustion.
When satiety drops to 0%, character gets Exhaustion an exhaustion. Character cannot run and loses stamina while moving.
Satiety is not spent unless actions are performed, such as: moving, gathering, crafting and fighting.

Stamina

Running, activation of abilities, gathering, crafting – use stamina. If you don’t have enough stamina, it will not be possible to use certain actions.
If stamina drops to 5% or lower, you get Tired tired and character cannot run.
